Summary

Approximately 90% of all leg and foot ulcers are caused by vasculare diseases. Only 10% have rare pathologies. After a severe accident with deformity and malrotation of the foot in 90– degrees outwards position non healing leg and foot ulcers occured by a 77 years old female patient. Successful ulcer healing were achieved by ulcer shaving with silmultaneous meshgraft plastic and intensive treatment of the secondary lymphatic changes.
