Summary
The therapy of chronic venous insufficiency is multimodal. Along compression and systemic drug treatment, there are invasive approaches for elimination of reflux for the treatment of varicosity available. We report from a patient with three incompetent saphenous veins that we treated in an outpatient setting with endovenous radiofrequency ablation (ClosureFAST®).Keywords
